It was one of those afternoons where I felt like baking. I didn't really plan on it, the mood just hit. I thought of some ingredients that I had in the cupboard and a quick Google search led me to this recipe at the Prepared Pantry. I had one problem. I only had one egg and the recipe called for two. Google search to the rescue again and I found out that half of a banana mashed in addition to 1 teaspoon of baking powder can be substituted for an egg. A little mixing, a little baking, and a while later I had these, a tasty little concoction whipped up with items I already had.
If you would like to make some of your own just follow the recipe at Prepared Pantry, but substitute a half a mashed banana and 1 teaspoon baking powder for one of the eggs. :o)

A Quick and Easy Gender Reveal
My friend, Janet, had her 20 week ultrasound in the beginning of December. We were all excited to fond out if she and her husband would be having another boy or a little girl. I made these fun pins for everyone to wear at our Christmas party.
I just did a quick Google images search and printed these off. I used my circle punch and my scallop circle punch to made each pin. Some hot glue to a pin back and we were set.
After everyone had made their choices, we all bit into the cake pops that Janet had brought along. (She already knew from the ultrasound.) We were all excited to see the blue inside of the cake pop!! Another boy!
I just couldn't resist sharing this picture my friend snapped at the party. That is Janet's baby bump along with Tina's baby bump. Tina's bump is now an adorable, and little huge (she was almost 10 pounds when she was born!) girl, Isabella.
